After the the time I spent downloading, installing, sending files to your server and scanning, I still couldn't erase the infections on my machine because I was required to purchase. As my system is "vista" your current version of antivirus will not work for me. Overcame that but won't load On Access Scanner and can't complete a full system scan as it bombs. It downloaded fine and the instructions to close all running applications were clear. I then Uninstalled Avira and installed Comodo. The only confusing part was the initial scan when it found programs that weren't on it's "Safe" list, but figured that out and it has been running quietly in the background ever since. I like that it doesn't send me a daily email to "upgrade" to the "premium" or "high-priced" version. You've done a good job with this. Thanks.
